This collaboration stems from our mutual pledge to actively confront injustice, harness the power of people to spur change, and strengthen Muslim communities globally by standing up for their rights.

What is Mercy to Humanity?

To put it simply, in their own words,

“Mercy to Humanity is a UK-registered charity, passionate about helping those in need, regardless of their background. We are passionate about caring for orphans, widows and the elderly, building wells, delivering medical aid and healthcare, providing nutritious meals, opening schools, orphanages and mosques, and caring for the environment also!

“Our approach to humanitarian work is simple — we do everything as the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ would do! Our name is taken from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ too — ‘Mercy to Humanity’ is the title given to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ by God Himself.” [1]

Our partnership

Together, Islam21c and Mercy to Humanity will combine our knowledge, resources, and networks to tackle critical challenges facing communities in key areas of the globe.

This partnership will enable us to collectively help those in need with vital aid and support.

Our decision to collaborate with Mercy to Humanity was influenced by several pivotal factors. These are as follows.

Trust

The organisation maintains a commendable history of delivering impactful humanitarian assistance, a clear and transparent donation policy, and a framework of principles and values that resonate with ours.

This assurance is crucial for us and our donors, ensuring that your Zakat and Sadaqah are managed with the utmost integrity.

Active on-the-ground presence

The charity is actively present on the ground in key areas as we speak, making a tangible difference.

This hands-on approach is a testament to the organisation’s dedication to directly addressing and combating injustices through practical efforts.

We strongly believe that this active engagement in these regions exemplifies the charity’s commitment to its cause and aligns with Islam21c’s own efforts to support meaningful change through advocacy.

An international presence

Though its headquarters are in London, the charity collaborates with strategic partners in providing humanitarian aid and sustainable development initiatives.

Noteworthy projects are underway in locations such as Yemen, Jammu and Kashmir, India, Albania, and Palestine, all of which are eligible for Zakat and Sadaqah contributions.

What the future holds

We are very optimistic about the potential this collaboration holds, and eagerly anticipate working together to instigate positive change.

By pooling our combined strengths and assets, we are confident in our ability to significantly enhance the lives of communities around the world.

We invite you to join us on this venture of mercy. To support the causes most in need, visit this page and donate what you can in the blessed month of Ramadan. May Allah accept it from you! Āmīn.
