JUZ BY JUZ | WATCH | LISTEN | READ
The Qur’ān has been divided into 30 parts (juz, pl. ajzā) for ease of memorising and reciting. Below is our QuranCast podcast with Ustadh Abu Haneefah Sohail, our Juz by Juz video series with Ustadh Asif Uddin, an excerpt from our famous Juz by Juz publication and app.
These have been compiled to help us develop kushū’ (attentiveness) and enrich our prayers when listening to the Qur’ān, especially in Ramadān when many mosques try to complete its recitation during this blessed month.
We hope it becomes an encouragement for us to read at least one Juz each day of our lives and to become attached to the Qur’ān, such that we become known as the People of Qur’ān.

‘Umar said, “I rolled up my garments up to my shin, so I could see the ground and see my feet. And I would put one foot forward and another back, out of fear of being pricked by a thorn.”
Ubayy then said, “O Commander of the Faithful, that is Taqwa.”
