Looking at your comparisons objectively, I must admit that they define a more than reasonable logic. As a South African who has observed close up the blindness and ugliness of racial hatred, I cannot condone/support the murder of innocent men, women and children. Anyone who perpetrates these abominations is, in my eyes, a terrorist and tool of Satan.

While I agree that everyone has a right to free speech and freedom of beliefs, I also know that Islam does not respect these things. Because of this truth, I don’t see why people who are not Muslim should not have reservations about this religion being so prolific in the U.K. Or other traditionally non Muslim countries. History has shown this religion to be intolerant of those who have different beliefs. At best, they are forced to pay money to continue to live in the places they lived prior to Islamitization, at worst they are killed. How Muslim people cannot see this concern is a puzzle to me.

A very good opinion piece. However, is a war on Islam/Muslim lands & people, our religion, our values, which has been going on for decades now, a reason for this war being allowed to be carried out in the way it has.
The vast majority of victims are muslims, the incursions into Masjid Al Aqsa is a direct threat and violation.
Sixty thousand confirmed (mainly) muslim deaths, thousands more under the rubble, hundreds of thousands at risk of starvation. Is it that our lives have little or no value to the powers that wage & allow these wars (including Muslim rulers) or is it that we are targeted for our faith?
Is the primary cause them wanting us gone, either in person, or our deen watered down so it exists in name only, our lands in their hands directly or indirectly through dictators and trade deals that leave them in actual control over us? Is the war on Gaza the latest and most bloodied face of the war on Islam & Muslims, while everything else is secondary?

As someone who adopted a 8 month old mixed heritage boy, let me say first and foremost that the process is very taxing. Took us 5 and a half years after we were approved to be matched with our son. There are only around 5 Muslim babies under the age of 2 who come up for adoption per year in England. The mahram issue is the biggest concern for Muslim adopters (and rightly so). The tool kit (number 3) explains adoption better than most English speaking scholars, as they only have a cursory understanding of adoption and incorrectly label it as haraam.
There are many benefits to adopting in England, and you can see the goodness everyday (it feels like he get “lucky” quite often).
Adoptees suffer trauma, even when adopted from birth and require therapeutic parenting, which require adopters to be educated on the matter.
