Fajr & ‘Ishā’ are calculated based on 18 degrees as accepted by the vast majority of fiqh councils across the World today and through history.

For certain higher latitudes where 18 degrees no longer occurs, Fajr is based on solar midnight, Nisf al-Layl and ‘Ishā’ is to be taken according to your local masjid.
